The Hermit

Head full of lessons ranging from compassion to willpower, the Fool meets a werewolf named the Hermit. You need a quiet time to hide away and learn what you really are, away from the pressures of the world. What has what you’ve experienced so far made you into? This is a card that asks you to become introspective and take a moment alone before the next step of your journey.

The Hermit Reversed

Introspective and analytical, the Hermit reversed asks you to stop caring what other people think. You’re on the right path, but it may not look that way to people on the outside. Regardless, keep moving forward. The Hermit upright is a card of detachment from the rest of the world. That’s what you need. When things are far away, whether in time or space, they seem smaller and not as important. Put some space between your mission and others’ viewpoints. Find what works for you. It doesn’t matter what it looks like to anyone else. You know when you’re satisfied, but with other people, it’s much harder to tell.
